Custom Aloha House
A new custom residence on the coast with three bedrooms, four baths and a detached 2-car garage with a studio apartment above. The two-story home boasts an open floor plan that flows out to a center courtyard with a pool. The large 20-foot sliding doors in the living room open to the courtyard and enable the indoor/outdoor living for which Hawaii is known. The design reflects features of historic buildings in the area, with the large overhangs and covered porches, but incorporates a modern floor plan with plentiful daylight and crisp new lines.
