Grow Community: Phase II
A new urban One Planet neighborhood.
Asani began phase II of the Grow project in 2014. Asani brought on Cutler Anderson Architects to design phase II. Phase II moved to larger condominium units oriented around a central courtyard on five of the eight acres. Asani contracted C.M.A. Studio to begin assisting with construction drawings under Cutler Anderson in 2015. C.M.A. Studio is still working with Asani on the final buildings for Phase II, under the supervision of Cutler Anderson.
