Grow Community: Phase I
A new urban One Planet neighborhood.
CMA Studio was hired for the Grow Community project by Asani LLC, a sustainable development company that originated a vision of the Grow Community in 2010. Asani had already engaged Davis Studio to design Phase I of the community, and CMA Studio began working with Davis Studio to assist with the production of permit drawings. After the permit drawings were finalized, Asani tapped CMA Studio to complete construction drawings for Grow Community’s 23 residences and two apartment buildings, and to work through construction administration until Phase I was complete in 2014.
